IP Citation Filing Specialist Maintains strong understanding of Patent and Trademark rules of practice (37 CFR) Responsible for preparation, maintenance and submission of all information disclosure statements. work with practitioners in the coordination of specification reviews. Requires gathering all necessary references and citation translations, preparing "fit-to-file" PDFs, Section 18 responses, Annexures to Form 3 and coordinating responses with US Filing Specialist. Monitoring deadlines to ensure all are met, complying with client instructions, firm procedures, USPTO and foreign requirements. Minimum 2-7 years patent prosecution support experience is required. Experience with USPTO procedures, rules and requirements. 1-2 years experience with Citation and IDS Process Paralegal - Trusts & Estates Assist with generational families with their needs and administer accounts, trusts, investment management accounts, foundations and partnerships. US Patent Paralegal - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of IP is required. This position provides paralegal-level support to attorneys who specialize in intellectual property law. Overall responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications, managing the docket and clearing docketing dates with the Docketing Department, searching US Patent & Trademark (USPTO) databases, and monitoring the filing status of patents.
